What is Passive House?
A building standard that is truly energy efficient, comfortable, affordable and ecological at the same time.
Passive House is not a brand name, but a construction concept that can be applied by anyone and that has stood the test of practice. Passipedia
This green building standard focuses on energy efficiency and indoor air quality. Passive House applies to commercial and residential buildings of any size. The Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) energy modeling software provides Certified Passive House Designers with an accurate tool to ensure energy efficiency without compromising health, comfort, durability, or affordability.
